Job Title: Business System Manager

The successful candidate will play a key role in the continued success of our technology platforms. They will ensure high availability, resilience and security of these platforms as well as business operations / services.

They will be responsible for performing operations activities for platforms such as managing availability, capacity, service levels, support, upgrades and patching. This includes providing support to development and implementation through testing; systems integration, configuration and installation; and post implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on system functionality and configuration, ensuring solutions align with business needs.
  • Manage system development projects using agile and plan driven methodologies.
  • Design, develop, and maintain system components and integrations.
  • Support testing processes, creating and executing test scripts, and tracking defects.
  • Configure and manage system integrations, environments, and release processes.
  • Contribute to system availability, capacity planning, and disaster recovery procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in system administration and development.
  • Strong understanding of system design, testing, and integration.
  • Ability to work across teams and communicate with stakeholders effectively.

Benefits:

  • HEW 8 Salary - A$113,713.03 - A$127,923.91 + 17% super.
  • Full package range - A$133,044.25 - A$149,670.98.
