About our organization

We provide fire prevention, preparedness and response services to communities in the state.

Our department encompasses various functions including fire and rescue, rural fire service and emergency management.

Purpose of the role

This role is responsible for managing and delivering enterprise business systems, data and integration systems, and information management.

Key qualifications

Highly desirable requirements
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Aurion Payroll and human resource management systems.
- Experience in organizational management and project management methodologies.

Your key responsibilities

You will be responsible for a variety of work including:

- Analyzing information gathered through various techniques to support system design and configuration.
- Performing quality assurance checks and governance of SAP SuccessFactors system relating to maintenance, data integrity workflow, releases, fixes and enhancements.
- Researching and analyzing complex issues, proposals and submissions to ensure related issues impacting on agency operations are identified and considered.
- Maintaining knowledge to ensure HR systems meet legislative and policy compliance by monitoring and implementing regulatory requirements and changes.
- Contributing to and ensuring HR systems changes/enhancements are appropriately tested by developing, coordinating and participating in user acceptance testing and continuous improvement activities.
- Providing advice in the development, implementation and evaluation of testing requirements for all staff and volunteers.
- Contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of training and staff development requirements for all staff and volunteers.
