Overview:

Amazon Devices is a rapidly growing business at Amazon, leading the development of innovative consumer technology products such as Echo, Kindle E-Reader, and Fire TV. As a Sales Operations Coordinator for our ANZ team, you will play a vital role in supporting sales and marketing initiatives, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to manage end-to-end sales operations, including promotional planning, claims processing, and sales reporting. You will work closely with internal sales and marketing teams, as well as external retail partners, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage promotional plans, including creation and distribution of promotional planners and claims processing
  • Monitor sales and stock reporting, working closely with sales and inventory management stakeholders, and building new information exchange processes for increased visibility and insights
  • Support new product launches into the channel, including creation of price lists and new line forms for resellers
  • Create and maintain sales reporting dashboards in Excel (or preferred tools like PowerBI or Tableau)
  • Develop strategic insights from data analysis to inform sales and marketing decisions

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a bias for action. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales administration, preferably in consumer goods management, is essential. Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level and experience in a highly analytical environment are also required.
