The Role:

Working closely with Key Account Managers, you will provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations and implement efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collating and populating data and sales information using Excel
  • Assisting with email and diary management as needed
  • Filing, archiving, and scanning of paperwork
  • Following up on orders, including pricing, liaising with warehouses, processing invoices, and status updates
  • Maintaining organized records
  • Conducting stock takes
  • Coordinating paperwork related to sales, orders, and shipments
  • Maintaining effective communication via phone and email with stakeholders

This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills to support the sales team.
