Store Maintenance Specialist

Our proactive services team members play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences through diligent store maintenance and cleanliness. This physically demanding role involves collecting trolleys from designated areas, completing scheduled cleaning tasks, and providing assistance to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting trolleys from car parks and surrounding areas
- Completing daily cleaning tasks as per the task schedule
- Assisting customers with answering questions or providing directions
- Using various cleaning equipment and chemicals to maintain store cleanliness
- Completing waste disposal tasks
Requirements:
- A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to travel to and from store locations
- Ability to work rotating shift rosters, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to stand for periods of time and lift loads between 5-10kgs
