Project Coordinator - Store Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our Trade Store Support Team.

  • Coordinate and supervise multiple store refurbishment, fit-out, relocations, and closure projects from planning through to completion.
  • Act as the central point of contact and record keeping for store maintenance requests, triaging issues and coordinating solutions with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Manage on-site works during live refurbishments to minimize disruption and ensure quality outcomes.

This role offers a unique mix of project coordination and store maintenance triage.

  • Proven experience in project coordination or management is required.
  • Ability to lead and supervise multiple projects concurrently, delivering on time and to high standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Frequent travel may be required.
