Job Title: Retail Store Maintenance Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team in the retail industry where you will be working with a variety of skilled tradespeople.

  • Your primary role will be to maintain and fit out retail stores across Sydney, ensuring they are always looking their best.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and able to work independently.

You will also need to possess trade qualifications and at least two years' experience in a similar role. A valid driver's license and own transport are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver projects onsite from beginning to end, handling hands-on maintenance and construction tasks.
  2. Assist with retail fitouts, working closely with designers and contractors.
  3. Effectively manage subcontractors, trades, staff, and equipment on site.
  4. Handle daily ad-hoc maintenance requirements and provide practical solutions to on-site challenges.
