About the Role:

This Store Floor Maintenance Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess excellent communication skills, and have a commitment to providing great customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors.
  • Clean and dust shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
  • Collect trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark.

About You:

We are seeking individuals who can set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic. A passion for working safely and adhering to health and safety practices is essential. Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including weekends) is also required.
