Marketing Leader

As a key member of our Marketing organization, you will inspire and connect people through meaningful storytelling.

We aim to push the norms and boundaries, one person, one community at a time. Our team of big thinkers and creatives work interdependently to stimulate demand and drive traffic to our network.

We develop marketing strategies, design toolkits, connect local consumer insights to our expertise and selection, plan loyalty programs, write copy, and build in-store experiences that remind beauty lovers why we're extra-ordinary.

Responsibilities include:

  • Calendar/Strategy Execution
  • Campaign Deliveries and Executions
  • Brand Codes and Expressions
  • Customer Voice Advocacy
  • Collaboration and Consensus Building

We are looking for professionals with at least 8 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in retail or environments with many brands. A degree in Business or related field is preferred.
