Marketing Executive

As a key player in our marketing team, you will contribute to delivering effective national and state marketing strategies at a local level. This role involves driving awareness and lead conversion across new residential communities.
Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans that position our communities as market leaders.
- Develop data-driven marketing strategies by analysing sales funnel metrics and market trends to drive qualified traffic and optimise conversion performance.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets (digital, print, event-based) that support brand awareness and sales.
- Manage project-level marketing activities and track ROI to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure unified execution and brand consistency.
- You should have 5–7 years of experience in marketing, ideally within property or retirement living.
- Strong skills in CRM systems, eDM builders, CMS platforms, and Microsoft Office are required.
- You should be able to interpret customer insights and market trends to shape effective marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and foster a positive culture is essential.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with travel to sites and adapting to evolving business needs.
