About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Listed Investor Relations to elevate our investor engagement and proactively expand our institutional investor base.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join GPT GROUP at a key point on its ambitious growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing an investor relations strategy that aligns with the company's business strategy and financial objectives.
  • Managing interim results, annual report, AGM and other investor-related events, as well as, leading investor relations related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) topics.
  • Overseeing the preparation and distribution of financial reports, press releases, and regulatory filings.
  • Coordinating the Chair/Board investor engagement program including strategy development and communications plan.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders, as well as, identifying and attracting new long-term institutional investors.
  • Leading and mentoring the investor relations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Ensuring the compliance and disclosure of material information in accordance with legal and regulatory obligations.

Requirements

This high-profile position requires extensive experience of investor relations, finance, and stockbroking with deep knowledge of an ASX listed environment.

You will also need a strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and regulatory requirements.

Real estate industry experience is also preferred.
