About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Listed Investor Relations to join our team at GPT GROUP. This is a fantastic opportunity to elevate our investor engagement and proactively expand our institutional investor base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an investor relations strategy that aligns with the company's business strategy and financial objectives.
  • Manage interim results, annual report, AGM and other investor-related events, as well as lead investor relations related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) topics.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of financial reports, press releases, and regulatory filings.
  • Coordinate the Chair/Board investor engagement program, including strategy development and communications plan.
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders, as well as identify and attract new long-term institutional investors.
  • Lead and mentor the investor relations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Ensure compliance and disclosure of material information in accordance with legal and regulatory obligations.
