Job Overview

The position is responsible for delivering high-level human resources services to support the organization's strategic and business objectives.

The role involves working with limited direction, exercising judgement and decision making, and providing expert consultancy services such as restructuring, change management, misconduct, and performance management.

Key responsibilities include recommending strategies on complex and sensitive matters, preparing concise written reports, and advising on industrial instruments relevant to employees.

Additionally, the role requires working in a collaborative HR Business Partnership team, using technical expertise and partnership skills to work on diverse matters, and advising on employment law and regulations.
