We are seeking an experienced Human resources advisor to join one of Australia's oldest and non-for-profit community organisation. Working closely with the people and culture team, your role as a HR advisor will deliver on all aspects of Human resources. You will ensure proper implementation of company strategies and maintain an enthusiastic approach to upload high standards of work ethic.

Location: CBD, Adelaide, 5000

Role:
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
Provide support to reporting manager, in development and management of HR projects/plans

Using professional discretion, give advice on HR Policies and procedures, ER/IR matters, performance, and disciplinary issues

Assistance with managing onboarding processes (including reference checks), staff inductions and terminations

Conduct probationary review processes and records

Assist with coordination of injury management and return to work processes

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR

Tertiary qualifications in Human resources or business (desired)

Great communication skills and resilience in fast paced work environment

Strong focus on integrity and professionalism

Proficiency in range of office software, including spreadsheets, Microsoft, and databases

Quick learner and ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail and ability/experience in meeting deadlines
