About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Portfolio Manager to join our team at Macquarie Asset Management. As a key member of our Global Equity Manager team, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative quantitative investment solutions for institutional and retail clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with internal audiences and external clients to promote our systematic investment approach and increase understanding of the investment process.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of our investment strategies and provide input into distribution activities.
  • Support a variety of projects, including presentation material, whitepapers, risk analysis, attribution, investment commentaries, RFPs/due diligence questionnaires, market research, and competitive positioning analysis.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Portfolio Management, Client Portfolio Management, Investment Specialist, or other client-facing investment roles for quantitatively driven strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work with large data sets to concisely analyze and report insights/findings.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a passion for markets and investing.
