Leadership Role in Finance Team

This is a senior leadership position within the finance team, responsible for overseeing and communicating financial and corporate accounting activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the timely completion of month-end accounting and reporting for the region with support from the team members.
  • Promote cross-functional business partnering to drive the timely completion of annual budgets for each site.
  • Develop and coach a high-performing team to enhance existing capabilities and technical knowledge.
  • Assist the Chief Financial Officer on other business development initiatives as required.
  • Ensure timely completion of all tax-related cycles and the annual tax return process.
  • Create regular cashflow forecasts to ensure sufficient cash reserves to support growth, capital expenditure, and working capital.
  • Understand key drivers of revenue and costs to develop a 'driver-based' budget.
  • Complete supplementary reporting as needed.
  • Review commerciality of supplier relationships and identify procurement opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in systems, reporting, processes, and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ideal candidate will be a qualified accounting professional (CA/CPA) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, enjoy hands-on work, and have experience working in complex, dynamic, and fast-paced organizations.
