We are seeking a senior professional to lead the development and management of performance, compliance, and risk frameworks that align with our strategic goals and operational delivery. This role will be key to embedding a risk culture and strong risk and compliance practices across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement performance, compliance, and risk frameworks that support our organisational objectives.
- Coordinate adherence to government policies, service agreements and contracts, and ensure ongoing compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
- Implement robust monitoring and reporting frameworks to support continuous improvement and organisational learning.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in governance, compliance, risk management or performance reporting within the public sector, as well as sound knowledge and practical understanding of relevant legislation, standards and frameworks.
