About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective governance, risk, and compliance frameworks for our clients.


Responsibilities
  1. Support our clients at the most senior levels to design and implement effective governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
  2. Lead clients in assessing material HSW issues and risks and supporting HSW due diligence; risk governance, strategy, and assurance activities;
  3. Work closely with clients and engagement teams to improve and report HSW performance in accordance with a wide range of frameworks.
  4. Lead our client's internal audit programs with specific HSW requirements and focus areas, such as third-party risk management or psychosocial risk management.
  5. Advise our clients on the design and implementation of leading practice ESG practices.
  6. Identify priority areas of risk and process improvement by understanding our client's strategy, objectives, risks, control frameworks, systems, and regulatory environments.
  7. Develop risk management strategies for our clients to drive compliance and strengthen their existing processes and controls.

About You

You are either an experienced auditor or management consultant with an interest and willingness to further develop your GRC/HSW/ESG knowledge and experience, or an experienced GRC/HSW/ESG risk specialist with an interest and willingness to develop your auditing or consulting skills.
