Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist or Senior Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting speech pathology assessments and delivering ongoing, individualised therapy
  • Working within a holistic and neuroaffirming framework that values client autonomy and strengths
  • Offering consultation, mentoring, and training to families, professionals, and the community
  • Collaborating closely with our interdisciplinary team and other professionals to support shared clients, projects, and goals
  • Participating in case discussions, professional development, and team events
  • Providing mentoring and supervision to colleagues (Senior SP role)

Requirements:

  • Hold a recognised degree in Speech Pathology (Bachelors or Masters)
  • Be eligible for SPA membership
