Occupational Therapist Community-Based

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work in the community.

You will work primarily with clients who require support to achieve greater independence and improved quality of life through evidence-based interventions delivered in-home and in community settings.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Client-Centered Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop effective intervention plans.
  • Support Daily Living Skills: Assist clients to maintain their independence by supporting daily living skills, prescribing assistive equipment or home modifications as required.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with physiotherapists, support coordinators, families, and other allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Complete clear, timely documentation for clinical progress and funding requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in case discussions and contribute to a supportive team culture.
