Multidisciplinary Clinical Leader

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Manager to lead our team of fly-in-fly-out therapists. This role offers a rare opportunity to join an innovative service model that has the potential to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of clinicians across multiple states and territories.
- Manage the clinical team in line with the annual business plan and contribute to reviews of our performance.
- Ensure all clinical work complies with regulatory standards through regular audits and monitoring.
- Coordinate supervision structures and ensure clinicians are connected with appropriate supports.
- Participate in weekly leadership meetings to identify barriers to service and develop strategies for improvement.
- Registration as an Allied Health Practitioner with a minimum of 10 years' experience.
- Strong understanding of funding bodies and NDIS regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary allied health teams.
- Commercially minded with knowledge of business operations within healthcare.
