Job Title: Customer Service Support Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to provide exceptional support to dealers on matters relating to service repairs.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating and organizing 3rd party repairs with vendors, maintaining product warranty registration, and providing phone support to dealers with issues concerning repairs, credits, warranty, and remanufactured products.
  • They will also be responsible for investigating and processing credit returns & memos, organizing 3rd party documentation/freight for return of repairs to manufacturers, and monitoring KPIs of repairs/credits to ensure they meet nominated goals and provide progressive results at service team meetings.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will create, maintain, and issue warranty reimbursement claims, update warranty registration, and conduct Salesforce UAT testing as required.
  • Effective communication with external and internal stakeholders is essential in this role.
Key Requirements:
  • Accurate verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong mathematical and numeracy skills, sound understanding of accounting principles, and proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite are also required.
  • The successful candidate must have a problem-solving attitude with an attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills, and minimum 2 years' experience in Salesforce or equivalent CRM/ERP.
  • Previous experience in a clerical environment and call center environment is desirable but not mandatory.
