About the Role

This permanent casual position is suitable for Early Childhood Professionals with a Certificate III, Diploma or ECT in Early Childhood. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other Educators toward collective goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate a safe and caring environment for all children.
  • Drive initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement.
  • Observe and document the progress of each child, in line with the EYLF & NQS.
  • Liaise with parents regarding routines, progress, and challenges.
  • Assist with the implementation of programs and experiences to meet the individual needs of children.
  • Contribute to documentation of children's skills and interests, including a clear cycle of reflective practice.
  • Maintain the physical environment.
  • Engage in professional communication with families and caregivers.

About You

You must be compassionate, considerate, and kind.

Certificate III, Diploma or ECT in Early Childhood Education required.

Flexible availability necessary.

Current First Aid certification required.

Current CPR certification required.

Current Working with Children Check required.

Child Protection Certificate or willingness to obtain required.

Excellent written and communication skills essential.

Demonstrated desire to work in the childcare industry.

Alert, observant, active, and able to use judgement and initiative.

Team player with a willingness to accept responsibility.
