Childcare Coordinator Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our childcare team as a coordinator.

About the Role:

  • Oversee bookings and attendance for effective supervision and safety.
  • Help develop and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
  • Build strong relationships with families and community members.
  • Celebrate and share children's achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent childcare services in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and colleagues.
  • Assist in creating a safe and healthy environment for children to thrive.
Requirements:
  • A qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards one.
  • Experience working in childcare or a similar environment.
  • A current NSW Working With Children Check.
  • Valid Child Protection and First Aid Certificates.
