We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Nurturing Childcare Professional.

As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality home-based care for children up to 13 years of age, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social development is supported.

The position involves:

* Creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters a sense of belonging and security among children

* Planning and implementing engaging activities that promote cognitive, physical, and creative growth and development

* Establishing positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration

* Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to parents on their child's progress and well-being

The ideal candidate will possess:

* A genuine passion for working with young children and their families

* A minimum of Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent qualification

* Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis and CPR certification

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Creativity, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment at all times
  • Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
