Our team is passionate about individuality, diversity, and inspiring lifelong learning in a safe and inclusive setting. We cater for 116 children across three beautiful learning rooms.

As a Certificate III Assistant Educator, you will play a key role in delivering engaging programs that foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child. You will support your Room Leader and fellow educators in creating a warm and welcoming space where children feel safe and inspired to learn.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a new Centre from the very beginning and contribute to its growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Support educators in delivering exciting play-based learning experiences
  • Build nurturing relationships with children and families
  • Assist with daily routines, activities, and care needs in your room
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment
  • Contribute ideas to program planning and learning activities
  • Follow all health, safety, and compliance procedures

Qualifications and Skills

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Child Protection training/certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their development
