
Sales Development Executive

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographic area. Your primary focus will be on researching customer needs and developing effective strategies to meet market demands.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead sales efforts in your assigned territory, ensuring alignment with established objectives.
- Develop and execute plans to increase revenue from existing customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base by generating leads and prospects.
- Promote our products through technical and commercial presentations, proposals, and training sessions.
- Establish strong relationships with distributors, decision-makers, and channels in your assigned area.
- Monitor the performance of channel partners and provide guidance as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is beneficial, but we welcome applications from candidates with relevant sales experience.
- A mechanical aptitude and technical expertise are advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on building relationships.
- Autonomy, drive, and focus, combined with a collaborative mindset.
- Thorough understanding of selling and marketing techniques.
- Passion for the automotive industry and a genuine interest in growing our business.
- Positivity and resilience in the face of challenges.
The ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously while being part of a collaborative team. A valid driver's license and appropriate work visa status are required for this position in Australia.
