Key Responsibilities- Operate drill rigs to manufacturer standards within a highly regulated operational safety system.
- Exercise 'Duty of Care' in all aspects of your work activities and personnel under your control.
- Ensure compliance with current HSE Regulations and site-specific rules or regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections on equipment daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly to a high standard.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs including servicing and scheduled component change outs.
- Oversee sampling procedures and ensure core is marked according to client requirements.
- Train, coach and mentor Offsiders and Trainee Drillers in safe work practices and rig operations.
- Liaise with clients and execute the drilling program successfully.
- Provide leadership and support for drilling and maintenance under your control.
- Present a high standard of personal presentation, behaviour and workplace conduct at all times.
