Drilling Specialist

Job Overview:

As a Drilling Specialist, you will be responsible for drilling holes to a standard set by clients. You must uphold high safety standards and follow procedures and policies.

The role involves carrying out duties as set by the site supervisor and maintaining a clean and tidy rig. You are also required to report and address maintenance faults in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drill holes to a predetermined standard
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
  • Perform tasks assigned by the site supervisor
  • Maintain equipment and report any issues or defects
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months experience operating DPi drill rigs
  • At least 12 months experience in the mining or construction industry
  • Current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one
  • Valid Full Manual C Class Drivers Licence
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment Medical and Drug Screen
