Drill and Blast Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee drill and blast operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in shotfiring, blasting, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe working environment for personnel through effective supervision and risk management strategies.
  • Lead a team of drill and blast professionals to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, resulting in enhanced productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of drill fleets to guarantee compliance with safety protocols.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Shotfirers License
  • Previous experience in blasting and/or shot firing
  • In-depth knowledge of the overall drill and blast process
  • Frontline Management Certification
