Expert Offshore Drilling Operations Manager

The role of the Offshore Drilling Operations Supervisor is crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of drilling programs on Jack-up and/or Floater rigs.
This position involves overseeing offshore drilling operations, leading rig-based personnel, and managing service providers to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Supervising offshore drilling operations on Jack-up and/or Floater rigs
- Ensuring safe and efficient execution of the drilling program
- Leading rig-based personnel and managing service providers
- Assurance of HSE standards and incident reporting
- Daily reporting and logistics coordination with onshore teams
Candidates must possess extensive experience in offshore drilling, recent time spent in a Supervisor/Company Man role, and experience working on Jack-up and/or Semi-sub rigs. IWCF (Well Control-Supervisory Level) certification is mandatory for this position.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, ability to make informed decisions, and contractor management expertise. Additionally, they should be capable of working on a FIFO basis from any major capital city in Australia.
