Women's Health Coordinator

We are seeking a qualified AHP or RN to join our team as a Women's Care and Children's Health Coordinator in the beautiful town of Tennant Creek, Northern Territory.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work in a rewarding role that makes a genuine difference in the lives of our community. As a Women's Care and Children's Health Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our team, promoting female and child-related health issues, and delivering high-quality holistic primary health care services to the Aboriginal communities of the Barkly region.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver effective health outcomes, ensuring continuity of patient care and contributing to policy development in Women's and Children's Health. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to tailor your approach to meet the needs of each family, building effective relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities- Maintain confidentiality and work as a member of a high-performing multi-disciplinary team.
- Ensure appropriate rostering of staff & client workflow management.
- Acknowledge and respect Aboriginal values, beliefs, customs, language, and traditional practices.
- Ensure data, reporting, and compliance obligations for services are met.
- Implement relevant policies and procedures to ensure clinical and legal compliance.
To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified AHP or RN with current AHPRA Registration and possess clinical skills and experience needed to work competently in Women's and Children's Health. Experience working with an Aboriginal organisation or communities will be highly regarded, but not essential.
Please note: A National Police Clearance and Ochre Card (NT Working with Children's) card obtainment is a requirement prior to commencement in this role. Please refer to NT Safe for further information.

- A salary range of $112,853 - $125,311 per annum.
