Legal Counsel Opportunity

We are looking for a legal professional to join our team as part of a broad range of construction-focused matters. As Legal Counsel, you will collaborate with clients across the industry and provide clear, practical legal advice.

The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and related agreements, managing legal risk, and contributing to the development of processes and systems.

You must have been admitted as a lawyer, practised inhouse or in private practice for more than 5 years, and have experience in construction law, project advisory, or dispute resolution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related agreements
  • Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients
  • Manage legal risk across procurement, supply chains, and contract frameworks
  • Contribute to the development of processes, systems, and delivery models
