We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Lawyer to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned lawyer to deepen their expertise in construction, infrastructure, and procurement law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with leading partners to gain exposure to a range of complex matters including government and private sector procurement
  • Draft, negotiate, and advise on construction and services contracts
  • Serve a diverse client base including ASX-listed corporates, and various state and federal government departments
Requirements
  • Technical legal experience in construction and/or procurement law
  • Experience drafting and reviewing a range of contract, project, and tender documentation
  • Confidence interacting with clients and working collaboratively in a team
  • A proactive, curious approach with a strong attention to detail
