Leading Construction Lawyer Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Construction Lawyer to join our busy team in Melbourne.
- Manage large-scale commercial and residential property developments;
- Advise on acquisitions & disposals of key commercial properties and assets across all classes;
- Collaborate with clients on major infrastructure projects (including PPPs);
- Review construction and operation contracts;
- Assist with public procurement processes.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly-regarded practice and be exposed to some of the best real estate and infrastructure projects in Victoria (and throughout Australia).
Requirements:
- A lawyer or associate with 2-4 years' post-admission experience in front-end construction and property law matters from a notable law firm (or in-house legal team);
- Superior academic background;
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to liaise with legal and other professionals and clients as necessary;
- Ability to work collaboratively in the team, yet also independently when required;
- Ambition with a desire to excel their career.
