Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced lawyer with a passion for construction litigation to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of matters, including disputes relating to time and defects arising on construction and infrastructure projects, as well as litigated construction disputes in Victorian Courts.

This is an excellent chance to develop your skills and expertise in construction law, working closely with experienced partners and other members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert legal advice on construction disputes, including those related to time and defects
  • Representing clients in Victorian Courts and alternative dispute resolution forums
  • Assisting in the preparation and prosecution of claims under domestic commercial arbitration legislation in Australia
  • Contributing to the development of strategies to deliver outstanding technical knowledge and great client service
