Credit Management Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive credit management professional to join our team.
This role involves managing debtor accounts, monitoring overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and collaborating with external agencies to ensure financial sustainability.
You will work closely with teams across the organization as well as external partners to resolve outstanding accounts and minimize financial risk.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and monitoring customer accounts
- Negotiating fair repayment arrangements
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate has a strong background in credit management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a genuine commitment to building respectful relationships with customers and stakeholders.
