Job Description

We are seeking a Credit Professional to join our team in a maternity leave cover capacity. As a Credit Professional, you will be working closely with the credit review and debt collection team, reporting directly to the National Shared Services Manager.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting customers with outstanding debts to obtain payment.
  • Providing customers with necessary information to resolve outstanding debts.
  • Directing customer queries and disputes to assigned personnel to facilitate settlement and resolution.
  • Quantifying and reporting on bad and doubtful debts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
