Job Title: Credit Transaction Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Credit Transaction Manager. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to manage the entire transaction lifecycle, from mandate to execution.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating and managing deal lifecycles, ensuring timely client-focused service while maintaining a strong risk and control framework;
  • Providing transaction support, particularly for cross-border and complex transactions;
  • Managing document execution and deal closing processes;
  • Participating in strategic enhancements and change initiatives on behalf of the team; and
  • Supporting MIS reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess a college degree and 5+ years of experience in credit and transaction management, or a related field. Strong credit and documentation knowledge, as well as excellent relationship management and partnership skills, are essential. The ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities is also crucial.
