Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join our team. This is a standalone role that reports directly to the Finance Manager and oversees both invoicing and credit responsibilities for various companies in Australia.

  • Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for debt collection and receipting, forecasting receipts, minimising disputes and write-offs, creating weekly reporting on overdue accounts for local management, and generating monthly reports for executives.

Additionally, the Credit Controller will be responsible for processing and issuing customer invoices, liaising with customers and client service teams on invoicing and over-dues, managing vendor portals and PO management systems, such as Ariba, and performing tasks related to customer and vendor creation.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess previous credit control experience, strong customer service and negotiation skills, adaptability to a busy environment, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, great multitasking and time management skills, ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines, and advanced MS office skills.
