Maintenance Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this Maintenance Officer position.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and their families. Your compassion, technical expertise, and commitment to professional development will be valued within our supportive work environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to maintenance requests and performing minor repairs
  • Liaising with contractors and assisting residents with maintenance tasks

You will also have the opportunity to undertake general maintenance and repairs, including patching and painting, replacing light globes and other basic building maintenance tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A relevant trade qualification or demonstrated handyman experience
  • Knowledge of correct manual handling procedures

  • General computer skills

Australian Working Rights is a mandatory requirement for this role, as is a valid Police Check or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check.
