Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead the development and implementation of financial strategies across our organization.

This role provides high-level financial advice, supports executive decision-making, and ensures financial strategies align with organizational objectives.

  • Develop and implement a rolling three-year operating budget aligned with our strategic goals
  • Partner with executive and senior leaders to provide financial advice that supports sound decision-making
  • Analyse financial implications of service changes and external funding shifts, identifying associated risks and opportunities
  • Prepare and appraise complex business cases, CAPEX proposals, and strategic investment options
  • Deliver financial modelling and scenario analysis to support long-term planning and sustainability
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7-10 years in FP&A or corporate finance, with senior leadership experience
  • Advanced skills in ERP systems, BI tools, and financial modelling
  • Experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central and Magiq, Power BI)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
  • CPA, CA, CFA or equivalent required

We provide forensic mental health services for people with a serious mental illness in the criminal justice system, at risk of offending who pose a risk to themselves or others, and referred from the general mental health system for specialist advice, support and/or treatment.

Our primary focus is the provision of clinical services within a recovery framework. These services include the effective assessment, treatment and management of forensic patients, prisoners and clients.
