Medical Receptionist Role

We are seeking an organised and people-oriented individual to join our medical reception team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and service through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions.
  • Manage patient registrations, bookings, triage, and queries as the first point of contact within the clinic.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, complete billing, and invoicing for patients.
  • Operate our booking system and assist with back-office activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible hours and balance competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and dedication to patient care.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying databases and systems.
