We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless administrative operations.
About the Role:
This is a full-time opportunity with immediate start, working Monday and Wednesday, 7:15am - negotiable finish time. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
- Manage patient bookings, appointments, and recalls.
- Process payments, handle cash handling duties, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist therapists with administrative tasks and provide support as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualifications preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
