Front Office Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless administrative operations.

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity with immediate start, working Monday and Wednesday, 7:15am - negotiable finish time. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
  • Manage patient bookings, appointments, and recalls.
  • Process payments, handle cash handling duties, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist therapists with administrative tasks and provide support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
