Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for two experienced professionals to join a major billing transformation program. The successful applicants will develop and deliver training content to internal teams and external partners, support a large uplift in resources, and ensure successful adoption of new billing processes.

About The Role
  • The selected individuals will collaborate with the program and change teams to scope training needs and delivery requirements.
  • They will develop high-quality, reusable training materials aligned to business objectives, focusing on improving customer experience and streamlining billing operations.
  • A key responsibility will be delivering face-to-face training sessions to internal staff and BPO partner resources, ensuring a smooth transition to new ways of working.
  • The trainers will engage with SMEs and stakeholders to evaluate readiness and manage resistance, providing updates on training progress, milestones, and outcomes.
About You
  • We are seeking individuals with strong experience in training design, development, and delivery, preferably with expertise in Oracle CCS or similar billing systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels are essential for success in this role.
  • Candidates should be resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-changing program environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • The ability to manage ambiguity, risks, and issues in a dynamic setting is critical to achieving program goals.
