Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and certified Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality training services across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of delivering engaging and relevant training & assessment services, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective and efficient training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities)
  • Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meet ASQA/RTO Standards and other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Supervise students' behaviour and provide motivating training environments
  • Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation
  • Travel may be required to deliver training off-site
  • Perform other general duties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a busy RTO environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously when required
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate solid experience as a Trainer/Assessor and hold current industry skills
Essential Criteria:
  • Hold a Cert IV TAE (and upgrade units if required)
  • Demonstrated workplace experience within a relevant industry sector
  • Be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check Card and a Police Check
  • Must be an Australian Resident
  • Hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence
