As a Horse Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each horse. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with veterinarians to maintain the health, fitness, and well-being of horses.
  • Design and implement training programs that focus on improving equine behavior and performance.
  • Create personalized training plans that align with the specific needs and objectives of each horse.
  • Develop and refine horses' strength and focus in preparation for racing, competitions, work, or leisure activities.
  • Train and educate riders and stable personnel on safe and proper horse care and handling techniques.
  • IDentify and address behavioral issues in a compassionate and efficient manner.
  • Participate in daily horse care duties, including feeding, cleaning, and grooming.
  • Maintain accurate records of training, nutrition, and medical treatment.
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations within the workplace.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of relevant study in equine science or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in the horse training industry.
