Occupational Therapy Professional

At WorkFocus Australia, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Occupational Therapy Graduate to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation consulting team, you will play a vital role in assisting clients in recovering from injury and returning to work.
Key Responsibilities- Assist and shadow the rehab consulting team in undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home ADL assessments.
- Conduct report writing and other administrative tasks to support the team's efforts.
- Design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees in returning to the workforce.
- Liaise with clients, medical practitioners, insurers, and employers to achieve outcomes that benefit all parties.
- Provide ad hoc support to a multi-disciplinary team of rehabilitation consultants to assist clients in recovering from injury.
- Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) a Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy, with the ability to obtain AHPRA registration as an OT upon graduation in 2024 or early 2025.
- Willingness to travel, with a current vehicle and driver's license.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
