Customer Experience Coordinator

Permanently employed on a part-time basis, you will travel to our customers' sites to manage vendor solutions by conducting daily cycle counts and replenishing inventory while adhering to inventory management processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills and experience in warehousing. You will provide face-to-face support to our customers at their sites and maintain close contact with them to ensure service levels are met.

You will have the following key responsibilities:

- Provide strict adherence to all customer and company health, safety, and wellbeing policies and procedures

- Offer high-quality customer support at customer sites

- Travel to multiple customer sites to replenish vending machines

- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure service standards are met

- Undertake stocktakes in accordance with company requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

- Customer service or retail experience with knowledge of warehouse operations as an advantage

- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate reliability

- Proficiency in computer software applications and excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

- A valid driver's vehicle license
