We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Client Services and Delivery team in the role of Account Executive/Junior Business Development Manager.
This position requires exceptional time management skills, a positive attitude, and a solid understanding of digital project management principles.
Main Responsibilities- To plan and coordinate tasks and projects with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Manage daily project delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with the web development team on project management and workflow planning.
- Stakeholder management is crucial as you will serve as a liaison between departments and clients.
- Support the Senior Account Director and Client Service team on various client projects.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative agency/marketing role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- A basic understanding of creative and production at the project management level.
- Ability to manage minor web projects and tasks confidently (Wordpress development).
- Proficiency in project management software (Click Up).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
