Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Client Services and Delivery team in the role of Account Executive/Junior Business Development Manager.

This position requires exceptional time management skills, a positive attitude, and a solid understanding of digital project management principles.

Main Responsibilities
  • To plan and coordinate tasks and projects with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Manage daily project delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with the web development team on project management and workflow planning.
  • Stakeholder management is crucial as you will serve as a liaison between departments and clients.
  • Support the Senior Account Director and Client Service team on various client projects.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative agency/marketing role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • A basic understanding of creative and production at the project management level.
  • Ability to manage minor web projects and tasks confidently (Wordpress development).
  • Proficiency in project management software (Click Up).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
